About TM Lopez
TM Lopez is a chestnut Arabian stallion foaled in 2004 and bred by Ta Merij Arabians in Austria. By TM Aikonos and out of Lady Annie, by Padron, he stands 15 hands (152 cm). His pedigree traces to the Denouste sire line through Mak, while his maternal ancestry connects him to the Polish Milordka family. He stood at stud at Enserhof, owned by the Bär family in Germany.
TM Lopez's sire, TM Aikonos (*1998), was also bred by Ta Merij Arabians. By Mirok Monpelou and out of Aillura, by Negatraz, he established a successful show record. He was named National Junior Champion at Wels in 1999 and Austrian National Senior Champion in 2004.
On his dam's side, TM Lopez descends from Lady Annie, a daughter of Padron and Lady Muscata, by Muscat. Lady Annie's full sister, Lady Amie, achieved international show success, reportedly winning the Junior Female Championship at the All Nations Cup in 1990 and at the World Championships in 1991.
Lady Annie produced several notable offspring. Her daughter TM Laguna, by TM Aikor, won the Austrian National Senior Female Championship in 2004.
The maternal family subsequently produced horses that gained recognition in Slovenia. TM Laguna's daughter TM Lawenda, by Desant, became the dam of Lawos (*2008), Lawai (*2007), and Lotos (*2009), all sired by TM Aikonos. Each stallion later received Slovenia's WAHO Trophy: Lawos in 2011, Lawai in 2012, and Lotos in 2016. These horses connect TM Lopez to the same sire through their paternal line and to Lady Annie through their maternal ancestry and illustrate the influence of TM Aikonos as a sire.
TM Lopez began his own show career as a foal, winning his class and the Foal Championship at the Danube Arabian Trophy in 2004. In 2005, he was named Reserve Junior Male Champion at the same show. His subsequent results included a class win and a Top Five placing at the Austrian National Championships in Wels in 2007. In 2008, he received a Gold ribbon at the German Arabian Horse Association's stallion show in Aachen. In 2010, he completed a riding ability test (dressage) and also achieved show success at Kreuth, where he was named Senior Reserve Champion Stallion and Best in Show.
As a breeding stallion, TM Lopez has sired more than 70 foals, including two born in 2026, according to the German studbook. Many of his offspring have been awarded premium foals and have been noted for their riding quality, and some have competed successfully in endurance riding.
