14.2hh; a Saqlawi Jedran, bred in Nejd, Central Arabia. Purchased in 1899 from Mr Stewart Forster, who got him from Mr Henderson, who bought him from General Sir John Hills, who bought him in India. Purchased by General Sir John Hills in India soon after he arrived from Arabia. He won races in India. Imported from Calcutta, India in 1891 to England. He was owned at various times by the Rev D B Montefiore, Col E N Henriques and HC (Inky) Stephens MP (Radnorshire Polo & Riding Pony Company)
