Simeon Shatkin is a black Straight Egyptian pearl bred by the world-famous Australian Simeon Stud of Marion Richmond.
She is a granddaughter of 27 Ibn Galal V, the foundation mare of Simeon Stud who comes from the Straight Egyptian breeding program of Babolna. This breeding farm is actually better known for their Shagya Arabian breed.
The family of 27 Ibn Galal V also brought stallions like Simeon Shai or another black pearl - the stallion Simeon Sadik long-time owned by Shirley Watts in England.
Anaza Bay Shahh is the sire of Simeon Shatkin is a grandson of Morafic who left many successful breeding horses in the United States.
