Dschafar has a dam line that traces to Murana I, the oldest family in Germany. Dschafar's dam line also includes Sawih Ibn Wisznu, a German Elite stallion. The sire of Dschafar was imported from Tersk: Baron of Tersk, a son of Antey. Antey was Netherland Champion.
